We took a short cut down danger lane to avoid the heinous traffic along the coast. It probably would have saved time if we didn't stop every 10 minutes so the other people in our convoy could drink beer and kick a football... I just wanted to get there in time to see fleet foxes.

The road was bumpy.

It was nice to finally see this sign after 5 hours of driving and stopping. And driving. And stopping.

But we were in line for another 2+ hours. Someone fell into a ditch whilst chasing a football. So it had it's moments.

We made it in time for Fleet Foxes. We watched them from the hill. It was splendid.

We had a sweet set up. But the ferocious wind killed it on the first night. There were many attempts to fix it... but we ended up just tying a tarp in between the cars and chillin under there.

The op shop in town had a colour themed front window. I enjoyed it very much.

I'm so glad Kate had an extra poncho. I would have died without it. Also super effective at sheltering you from the wind.

Rob's was more for show. Not quite as functional.

Tame Impala. Adorable.

Alex reflects.

Gumboots were fairly essential... Rob was not aware.

The Kooks were fun. But nothing compared to what was to come...

The Hives. So clearly the stand out performance of the festival without question. My thighs began to ache from jumping, my rain poncho wasn't quite holding up against the wind and rain and some irritating girl wouldn't stop bitching about how arrogant the lead singer was... BUT still it was AMAZING.

Lost stuff. Free stuff.

Cut Off Your Hands. I love them. But I was distracted by the video camera which kept getting lowered right in my face. blergh.

This man slept through everything. Don't blame him. Looks comfy.

Architecture in Helsinki.

Some blow up doll fun.

Many showed up for a dance at Architecture

One of the Falls Fiesta Floats. Clearly the coolest. From what I could gather they were made by willing festival goers on site over the first couple days with some supplied materials and whatever else was lying around.

This is some of us on New Years before heading over to see Franz and such. It was cold cold cold.

This flag came in super handy on NYE whilst trying to find your buds amongst thousands of drunks just like them. Plus it was fun to twirl and wave.

Everyone was sleepy. Home times.
